PARK TOWN rooftop Terrace

Located in the East Hills building in Vilnius, the roof terrace of the Park Town business center elegantly combines natural and urban elements. Here, after the day's work or during the lunch break, you can stop by to rest, concentrate on the day's work or relax and enjoy the peace. The InoWood bio composite terrace is a great architectural continuation in an unexpected space.

Terrace system InoDeck solution - does not require periodic maintenance of the terrace, boards are resistant to wear, scratches, environmental effects - UV rays, temperature fluctuations, moisture, fire, so WPC boards are an extremely popular solution for the exteriors and interiors of public spaces!

One of the latest "InoWood" projects is a modern WPC terrace in the business center in Vilnius. "Park Town" (Client: "MG Valda") office complex is distinguished not only by its architectural expression, but also by its exceptional comfortable environment, intended for a modern person! A team of architects and designers (UAB "Ekspoziciju sistemos", designer Skirmantė Vaitkevičiūtė, MB "Menas ir yĝla", arch. PV Gintas Baranauskas, arch. PV Daina Lasauskienė, arch. Agnė Baranauskaitė), applied innovative small architectural solutions, designed the recreation center of the business center zone. The relaxation area on the 170 m² terrace, together with unique benches made of wood - plastic composite and other interior attributes, creates a particularly calming atmosphere for office workers. Together with designers and architects, many technical solutions were sought for the installation of original benches, and new WPC profiles were created especially for this project. InoWood's "Solid 20" solid WPC terrace boards and their combination of two colors - gray and gray-brown specially created for this space by the factory's technologists - were used in the project works.
